    I visited CARQUEST Auto Parts today and was surprised to encounter an unleashed dog inside the store. As I approached the counter, the dog came directly toward me, which made me uncomfortable and startled me. I understand that some businesses may allow dogs, and I have no issue with that. However, I believe dogs in a retail environment should be kept on a leash for the safety and comfort of all customers. Not everyone is comfortable around dogs, and some people may have fears or allergies. I hope management considers keeping animals properly restrained while customers are in the store. A simple leash policy would help create a more comfortable shopping experience for everyone.
