  Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Graham had helped me on pick up and Graham and Shay assisted with drop off. Both of them exhibited excellent customer service where they went above and beyond my expectations for picking up a rental vehicle. Very friendly and welcoming with great conversation. Truck was excellent…newer model and was very reliable and safe for what I needed it for. I will definitely use them again for my next rental and I 100% would recommend Enterprise and especially the Burlington Plains Road East location to anyone looking to rent a truck or van. Thank you!

  We had an amazing experience with the assistance from Graham at this Enterprise Truck Rental location. We had our eyes set on a Ford F150 before the long weekend was about to start, however, our closest Enterprise location already lent the vehicle to another customer which was disappointing and frustrating for us as this was a semi-long term rental of 10+ days. We tried calling different Enterprise locations in the area and jumped at the opportunity when Graham advised us they had one available. When we arrived, it wasn’t exactly what we had in mind yet Graham somehow worked from magic and contacted another Enterprise that had the trim we were looking for. While we didn’t specifically rent from this location, without Graham’s assistance from start to finish, we wouldn’t have been able to find our perfect truck. We truly can’t thank you enough for the time and patience you showed us!

  Plains Rd East, Burlington location. Nice staff. Happy with the rental truck - worked well. Was a good size for my local move. Convenient. Was advised if I did not return the truck with same amount of fuel I would be charged or reimbursed - returned overfilled and was not reimbursed. They entered my email address incorrectly so had to call in repeatedly to get my bill. Far too late now to argue over the bill. Recommended you take a photo of the fuel level on the dash before and after the rental. With my move being so busy, I needed reliable and honest service - I do not feel this location has earned that - with so many locations next time I'll use a different one or a competitor.

  Great service, from the introduction call, to the pick up day, to the follow up call to make sure everything was great. Shay did a great job informative, helpful. All in all a very professional experience and would certainly recommend this location for all your cargo needs!
