I had a fantastic experience with this car rental agency. When I went to pick up the car I had booked online, I discovered the trunk was too small to fit our luggage; the manager, Shah Dhairya, found a way to switch us to a larger vehicle, and the staff member Bhavesh also provided excellent service. Thank you all!

I had an insurance claim that entitled me to rent a premium car. However, the vehicle I was offered was a Jetta that had several mechanical issues. The tires were old and seemed to slide whenever I made a turn, and the gas pedal was not functioning properly. I did not feel safe driving this vehicle, especially on highways. I called this location four times and personally visited on three different days to see if they could provide me with a safer and more appropriate vehicle. Unfortunately, each time, the options they offered seemed to get worse. I repeatedly asked if they could check with other nearby locations, but I was told that the only vehicles available were three cars, none of which could reasonably be considered "Premium" in any form or shape. Because I did not feel safe driving the vehicle I was given, I had to change my work schedule and alter my personal plans. I spent five days trying to resolve this issue, hoping they would eventually find a safer, premium vehicle for me. Unfortunately, I felt that the staff were unwilling to make any effort to accommodate my situation. I was also told that other vehicles were being reserved for private customers, which made the situation even more frustrating given that I was there through an insurance claim. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Whether the issue was limited inventory or an unwillingness to help, the result was the same: I did not receive a safe, reliable, premium vehicle as expected, and my plans were significantly disrupted. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Had to rent a car for 2 weeks while mine was in the shop. Booking was very easy, pick up was smooth, car was very clean, drop off was even better as they offered to drive me to the shop where my car was, so I didnt have to uber. Thanks again guys ☺️
