  I booked the rental online I got confirmation and everything but when I called to go pickup the car they tell is not available. They dont honor their online booking and the best you get is sorry. Now I have to change my whole plan because of this...

  Super friendly service zero complaints on that and I would like to say how nice everyones been. That being said I came in for truck rental, stated it needed an oil change, they assured me it didnt. 4 days later oil life shows 0%. I come back to return it (no compensation for having to come back in) and they give me a truck with 13% oil life. You can’t make this stuff up… never coming back to this location again. Wasted my time and it seems nobody even cares

  Amazing experience today. The manager was understanding and helpful. They say the good way the judge a Manager is not by a easy experience but what they do under pressure when it's challenging circumstances. Thank you so much for making everything go smoothly.   I had an exceptional experience at enterprise at the Burlington plains road location. After being in a multi vehicle accident, I needed a car immediately as mine was a write off. The sales team couldn’t have been nicer, understanding I was in a state of shock and desperation, slowly going over the instructions with me and quickly supplying me with a car that same day so I could begin my lengthy search for a new one. They were courteous, accommodating and kind right to the end with me during this devastating life altering experience where I quickly had to pull The pieces back together. . I would not hesitate to use them again should I need to rent a car for any reason.

  I would not recommend renting from the Plains Road location. As a visible minority, I left feeling that I was not treated with the same level of professionalism and respect that every customer deserves. I returned my rental vehicle, all charges were processed, and nearly a year later I discovered a $120 collection on my credit report relating to what I was told may have been a parking or Highway 407 charge. I had already paid the amount, yet it still ended up in collections. I was never properly notified or given a fair opportunity to resolve the issue before it affected my credit. A $120 charge has now cost me far more in damage to my credit, legal expenses, and time than the original amount. My business spends approximately $40,000 per year on rental vehicles, and because of this experience, I have already moved my business to Budget, where I have been treated professionally. I hope Enterprise reviews its customer service and collections process so that other customers do not have to experience the same situation I did.
