  Update. So john reached out to me after head office sent him my review. If I didnt write the review I dont know if my car would have ever been tried to be fixed properly bc my email was in his spam folder. I understand ppl make mistakes and all that but my issiue is i had to take off work early multiple days so I can pick up and drop off my car in their business hours which unfortunately they close at 5 during the week and not open on weekends. As a tradesmen I work 10.5hour days 5 days a week just to survive in this economy and now having to take off time means im out 300 bucks now at least. They need a new outside tint guy to say the least. I can live with how they fixed the car as I cant afford to take more time off. Im still bent about phill refused to acknowledge the bluge in my 650$ tire that was caused by a semi smacking into me back of me and pushing my car 15 to 20 feet sideways but moving forward John is the only reason im changing my review and bumping up a couple stars bc if my only experience was dealing with phill and the poor craftsmanship it would have stayed the same and pics would still be up.

  Body shops are up there with going to the Dentist but god forbid you have an accident Assured Automotive is the place to go. Ask for John Sapno you won't be disappointed. Had to use his services twice and the car looked like brand new when he finished the repairs.
