In the end, I paid about $160 with tax, and I didn't get an air filter or any other extra services. Only after the oil change was finished did they tell me that because I have a truck, it costs more. That wasn't mentioned before the work started, even though they knew what vehicle I had. It would've been nice to know the actual price upfront instead of finding out when it was time to pay.

First off, the old guy with the accent was waving me in and yelled “SLOW DOWN MAN” .. um for starters i’m not a man, and i wasn’t even giving any gas just slowly letting off the clutch lol. i couldn’t go any slower than i already was 😂😭 secondly, man dings my door off the stand they use for their computer. then walks away like nothing happened. i’m like yo is my door okay u just dinged it, he goes “it’s okay my hand was there” … lmfao it wouldn’t have made a banging noise if it hit your hand. maybe if u weren’t in such a rush even though u didn’t close for another 30 mins, and had some respect for peoples brand new cars that wouldn’t have happened. Luckily for him i do paint correction on vehicles and can polish it. Either way pissed off with the service and won’t be returning. Take in i drive 45 mins to this location because it’s usually amazing service but that was awful and uncomfortable.
