Enterprise used to be my favourite place for car rentals, but my last 2 bookings in Brantford have been horrific, and both times I left without a car. I currently live overseas, but have been coming back every year to visit family, and have rented cars in the GTA many times, including from enterprise here in Brantford. When I went to pick up my car this time, I was told that I needed my passport because my driver's license was from outside Canada (they've never asked for it before), so I had to go back home to get it (to their credit, they did offer me a ride so that I didn't have to take another Uber). When I returned with my passport, I was then asked for my credit card, but when I gave it to the agent (Liz, who later told me she was also the manager), she said that they couldn't accept it because it was a debit card. I said that, no, it's a debit MasterCard, which is not the same as a debit (atm) card. When I told her that it's the same card that I used for my rental with them last year (and the same card that I've been using for everything (airline tickets, rental cars, etc) for the last 15 years), all she could say was that whoever processed my previous rental "shouldn't have done that". She was completely apathetic about the fact that I had plans for my last 2 weeks that required a car and, as a result of this, the rest of my visit here has been completely ruined. Worst customer service ever, and I'll never be renting from enterprise again.

Saff are absolutely excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and lovely! Fola is truly exceptional. She arguably delivers the best customer service I have ever experienced in any establishment.

I was recently in a car accident and enterprise helped me so much, their customer service is so incredible. Being in an accident is extremely stressful but they helped take all the stress away! Thank you enterprise. 10/10 recommend. I would give 100 starts if I could!

I have been using Enterprise for a while and have mainly used Alpine street, Kitchener branch managed by Stuart. I recently hired from Brantford branch. When I compare Brantford experience with that of Alpine street, it is disappointing. It feels intimidating to rent from Brantford branch. It seems that the branch head and the staff just want to strictly follow the instruction without making the customer comfortable. This was not the experience I had with Stuart and team at Alpine branch.
