  I had an excellent experience with Sim at Enterprise. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Sim was professional, friendly, patient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the respectful attitude and willingness to help with every question. Thank you for the exceptional service—I highly recommend this location and especially Sim!

  Excellent service by Fola. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. She completely turned around my negative experience at another location into a wonderful and positive experience with a very happy customer at the end! Enterprise Brantford is lucky to have such a fabulous employee on their team.

  **JEAN WE HAVE CALLED TWICE AND STILL NO CALL BACK** We rented a car last weekend. My husband went in to the brantford office to do so. He told them when we would return with the car. We paid the quoted price and a $300 refundable deposit. When we returned the car our refundable deposit was $175 short. When I inquired they said because the car wasn’t back by noon we were charged an extra day. We never said we would be back at noon so why weren’t we quoted for the extra day when we rented the car? We rushed to get it back to avoid added fees we would have kept the car until the next day if we knew we were paying for it. I NEVER got a call back from the supervisor about this. Terrible customer service after ripping off your customer
