  Went to rent a car today but wanted to see what vehicles were available. Didn’t want Malibu or similar. I wanted to know exactly for a reason. Called once was hung up on by accident after we talked for a bit. No call back. No problem, called back again … different person… they forwarded me to thier call center offshore without listening to me. The person at the call center was hard to understand and had no clue what cars were available. Went to the store in person, they were taking no more “walk ups” that day. As part of an international corporation that uses Enterprise, I’ll personally be making other arrangements and see if I can onboard another Brantford rental company.

  Horrible experience. At first after my accident they were very professional getting me into vehicle. Originally my vehicle was to be rented for 1 month while my car gets fixed that I own. I was called today April 14 * when car was to be done April 21* and my car is ready for pick up. Ok fine, so I call enterprise and let me know when I picked up car feul wa simply empty and right now in their rental there is more fuel than when I picked it up. Asked if I was able to get rebate as I am disabled, and on fixed income, and have no wy to get my daughter tovschool for rest of week. The manager there denied me, was quite rude to me, and as a result I most certainly will never rent from there or do buisness with them. Now my daughter and I are stuck. And they got free fuel from me. So not impressed. Do better.

  I just had a horrible experience at the Brantford location. I called ahead to ensure there was a driver ready to drive us to the auto repair shop, and was assured there was one waiting. There was not. I was told it would be 10 minutes. Then another 10. And waited almost one full hour before a driver showed up. There was two employees working with customers who were also frustrated, and the other five were eating and laughing in the back. One customer waited a bit then walked out due to being ignored. Nobody checked in with us and seemed annoyed when I asked why we were still waiting. Ridiculous service. Very disappointed.
