  Walked in and said my car handle driver side inside is broken/snapped need a new one. They then instantly got on the phone made a call and said come back in half hour and we'll switch it out in 15 minutes if that crazy fast and price was good. Thank you so much to the ladies at the front desk will definitely be coming back.

  Amazing staff! They got my car in the same day for repairs as they did the assessment. Highly recommend them. They made my day!

  Do not take your vehicle to this shop. The shop was a recommended shop that I was sent to by insurance so I assumed that the quality of work would be very good. I was wrong tried to address the issues and they said they would fix the issues upon taking the vehicle back to get the issues fixed and they weren't and then just brushed off as it is what it is. Also sitting in the waiting room listening to the receptionists talk about their bowel movements and how they were "p***ing out their a**". 100% do not recommend

  My Chevy Spark needed some body work done since she got hit in a parking lot. Having previous bad experience with other shops with my cars years ago, I told staff of my worries and Assured went above and beyond to take care of my car and treat it like it was their own. The reassurance of knowing my car was in good hands and given back to me looking so fresh was so helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend if anyone is in need for any of their services!

  Great service! Fast and knowledgeable customer care. Had my rental company ready to pick me up. Made a stressful time so much easier. I absolutely see why they come so recommended!!
