  Lori and Mike and the crew at Assured arefantastic. My truck was involved and accident which took out the box of my truck. They had it all fixed up and back to me within 2 weeks and it looks great!! They were super friendly and helpful and took care of everything with the insurance company. I would 100% definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Needing repairs after my car was hit on driver side passenger door/tire. Insurance company recommended these guys and they did not disappoint. My car went in on a Tuesday and I got back today (Friday). Excellent service done from the guys in the shop and amazing care and support given by Lori and Mandy in the front. Great communication throughout the few days and car looked just as it should :) No complaints at all of repairs done here! I’m so happy to see repairs were done so well and that this part of the process was not stressful. Would go back/recommend!

  Steer clear of this repair shop, front desk staff are not friendly and could use a class on customer service. My vehicle was in for repair and a noise was mentioned once I picked the vehicle up, they advised it was likely an alignment issue, nope it was not an alignment it was much worse. There were damage components on the truck that I noticed, that were not damaged before bringing it to them. Feedback was sought out and it was given, they did not appreciate the feedback to which they sought out. I personally feel the 1 star stems mostly from the front desk staff, but the missed issue and additional in damage. I look forward to the response to this review. Feel free to ignore this honest review or save yourself some potential mistreatment and seek elsewhere for your vehicle needs.
