  Really impressed with the quality of car wash. I bought the Works ON car wash and car looked very clean. I didn't expect that at all from an automatic car wash. Highly recommend "Works Wash". Only thing the vacuum in one of the booths was not working and i switched to another and it was working fine. I hope the car wash stays like this in the longer run.

  I started going to this car wash because it seemed good and new, and I began to like it, paying for the most expensive package. A month later, I noticed a mark on the paint, but I ignored it, thinking someone had hit on my door. About three weeks ago, I went back, and when I left the car wash, I noticed another mark on the paint, in the same line as the first one. I parked by the vacuums to file a complaint. They took my phone number, but no one has called me back yet. It turns out that when I went to file the complaint, there was another person who had just left the car wash with the same mark, at the same height as my car, and that person was very angry and complaining. I hope they resolve my problem; otherwise, we will take legal action.

  "Damage caused by equipment failure – No follow-up" Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. their system had a technical failure mid-wash, which resulted in deep scratches on both sides of my car. At the time, staff admitted fault and took my details, promising a repair at a local body shop. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. They have stopped answering my calls and even hung up once they realized it was me. I am now forced to pursue legal action and an insurance claim. Avoid this location if you value your vehicle’s paint and expect professional accountability. If Google allowed zero stars, I would give them zero. Government should ban such business for safety of community.

  The wash is great, wheels everything gets cleaned, and actually stays clean for a few days. I got the start 30days unlimited wash but I washed only 4 times, too much rain . They charged the card at the end , for the new month but I wasn’t notified, I called and Naveen ( I think that was his name, great customer service ) since I hadn’t washed the whole month of April he refunded my money and allowed me to go back unlimited for the remainder of the month, ( if I washed every day till month end it wud be 15 + washes Thats how you keep a business from loosing customers. I’m definitely going back to set myself up for the Tommy’s wash club.
