  Do not waste your money or time at this place. Every time I get my car washed here the car is not properly wiped. They have no customer service skills. I've been coming to this location for 2 months and I've had enough and will be finding another place to get my car properly washed and cleaned. The prices are good and the service has gone down significantly!”

  I really wanted to like Tommy Car Wash because the concept is great, the membership pricing is reasonable, and it's convenient. Unfortunately, it just hasn't worked well for my vehicle. I drive a station wagon, and every wash leaves the rear of the car noticeably dirty. There are also usually quite a few soap suds left behind after the rinse and blow-dry cycle, so I often have to finish the job by hand anyway. More concerning, the wash knocked off my rear wiper cover and my OEM fender emblems. These aren't inexpensive trim pieces—they're genuine factory parts that cost over $150 each to replace at the dealership. I don't think this is necessarily a bad car wash, but I do think it isn't well suited to every vehicle. If you have a wagon, hatchback, or a vehicle with delicate exterior trim, I'd recommend using caution. The idea behind Tommy Car Wash is excellent, but in my experience, the results and potential for damage mean I won't be returning.

  This location is amazing! The automatic wash is fast and gets your car squeaky clean every time. They also offer free vacuums and mat cleaning stations, which is a huge bonus. It's honestly a great addition to the community. Their customer service is also top-notch. I sent an email with a question about my membership and received a phone call literally two minutes later. They answered all of my questions, resolved my concern immediately. That's the kind of customer service you don't see often. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Tommy Express Car Wash. I wasn’t sure how to use the mat washer at first, but Arsh took the time to stay with me, explain how it worked, and make sure I was comfortable using the facility. He also answered other questions I had, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The membership is definitely a keeper, and the level of customer service really stood out.

  The car wash itself does a decent job, but I can't recommend the membership. I signed up for the full package on a promotion: $35 for the first month, then it goes up to around $60/month after that. That part is fine — the problem is what happens when you try to leave. I tried many times to cancel through the app, and it simply wouldn't let me. The app looks polished, but the cancellation option just isn't there when you need it. The promo/sign-up flow works smoothly the first time, but actually canceling is another story. I also tried to reach someone by phone through the app, and that didn't work either. The result: I was only able to cancel one day after the renewal had already gone through. The "cancel" option conveniently appeared right after they had already charged me for the next month. I've since filed a dispute with my credit card, which is still in progress. Bottom line: if you don't want to continue, be aware they'll charge you anyway, and getting out is harder than getting in. The wash quality is okay, but the company was not honest or transparent about the billing, and I'd think twice before subscribing.
