  Staff was friendly and courteous. Very helpful in explaining the operation of the vehicle. Got a free upgrade because the vehicle I booked was not available. Check in and check out went smoothly.

  Clean units and in great condition no worries of breaking down, and customer service at 310 queen street east, Brampton branch was great. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely consider you for my next rental and recommend for any one looking to rent.

  We rented a cargo van from the Brampton Truck Rental on Queen Street. The van was ready when we arrived and was impressively clean and in excellent shape. Customer service was fantastic - the gentlemen behind the desk were busy but did not rush us and took the time to fully explain all the options and the insurance.

  The staff at the Brampton location were excellent. Special thanks to Varun – he was professional, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the rental. He made the process smooth, answered all my questions clearly, and was flexible with the return arrangements. Great experience overall and I would definitely rent from this location again because of the service I received.

  Very disappointing experience. I reserved a vehicle in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it had been given to someone else. This completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation and wasted my time. If a company accepts reservations, it should honor them or at least contact customers in advance if there’s a problem. The lack of organization and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this rental company based on my experience.
