    This Van Kirk Drive location is getting worse and worse hopeless staff, customer service wage answers, arrogance you name they have it. I have been a regular customer from years due to my work-related travel rentals and personal. Had enough this time! Never going back !

    Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise Van Kirk branch. We rented a car for our trip to Montreal and at Highway we noticed that the blind spot monitoring system was not working properly. On Monday When we went to return the car, we informed the staff that the blind spot monitoring system was not working properly and even we also showed some videos.We were not asking for any refund or compensation—we simply wanted to inform the staff about a potential safety issue for future customers. Unfortunately, instead of listening to our concern, the staff member became argumentative and rude. He dismissed what we were saying and even told my husband that he didn’t know how to drive. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he told us to ‘pay your bill and leave the premises.’ When my husband asked for his name, he handed over a business card with the name ‘Rae Nelson’ on it, although we are not sure if that was the person we were speaking with or someone else. Regardless, the customer service was unacceptable. We were treated with disrespect for simply reporting a safety concern. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have had, and Enterprise should ensure that staff handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully.

    I rented a Nissan Kicks from the Van Kirk branch in Brampton on June 11, 2026. Shortly after getting on the highway, I discovered that the blind spot monitoring system was not functioning properly, and the cruise control also appeared to be malfunctioning. My passenger recorded a video showing the blind spot indicators failing to activate while driving at highway speeds. Because of this, I had to manually check over my shoulder before every lane change during my trip. I reported the issue as soon as I reached my destination, but the branch was closed, leaving me with no option to exchange the vehicle so i parked the vehicle for few days at my destination I ultimately had to drive approximately 600 km back despite my safety concerns. What disappointed me most was the way my concerns were handled upon returning the vehicle. The employee assisting me—a dark short heighten guy — even after I showed video evidence. Instead of focusing on the reported safety concern, I was questioned about my driving experience in Canada and told that a family member who helped arrange the rental might be contacted, which seemed completely unrelated to the matter. While vehicle issues can happen, customers reporting potential safety problems should be treated professionally and with respect. I hope management reviews both the condition of this vehicle and the customer service provided during my return experience.Worst experience ever even the fellow colleagues were trying to control his behaviour in front of other customer too never gonna recommend anyone in future

    After I drop off my rental SUV, I mention I will need a drop off. The staff who check in my return SUV said Yes We Can as it was 4.7 km according to Google maps. I confirm this too with my app. The shuttle driver said it be about 20 minute wait as he on lunch break. After 20 minutes the driver shows up and starts shooting his mouth saying who authorize this! like it was a Big Inconvenience for him, and said to me its going to be a Long wait for you. I used Enterprise a few times at different locations. I have Never experience this kind of rude behavior before. Very disappointed P>S> even followed Nellie instructions below because it was said they would like to look further ... the area manger didn't contact me, nor left a message that they called!

    At first, I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from this location. However, once I expressed my concerns and explained how dissatisfied I was with the experience, the team immediately took steps to make things right. Adrianna, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, was a delight to deal with. She understood the importance of resolving the issue and stepped up right away to ensure my concerns were addressed. Mira was also an absolute pleasure to work with. She always had a smile on her face and even took the time to call and check in to see how my trip up north had gone. That level of personal service was greatly appreciated. Finally, I have to mention Reggie. Initially, we got off on the wrong foot, but in fairness, I returned the vehicle after 6:00 p.m., which was after the branch had closed. Despite the inconvenience, Reggie went above and beyond by personally driving me home. Overall, this branch turned what started as a disappointing experience into an excellent example of customer service recovery. The team genuinely cared about making things right, and because of that, I will continue to use this location whenever I need a rental vehicle in Brampton.
