- AAAndrew5 days ago4.0At the office the staff was accommodating and helpful. My contact person was always in touch to keep me posted as my car was at the body shop for repairs. Because my car had to stay longer than expected I received annoying text from Enterprise stating any longer than the initial term would have out of pocket costs.

- PDpushpinder dullatAug 6, 20261.0**⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)** Absolutely unacceptable experience. Enterprise gave us a vehicle with a tire that went flat on the highway during our family trip. The roadside technician told us the tire appeared to have been previously damaged in the exact same spot. After replacing it with a temporary spare, Enterprise failed to provide a replacement vehicle, sent us from one location to another, and never returned our calls despite promising they would. Our vacation was ruined, and we had to drive 12 hours back to Brampton on local roads because it was unsafe to use the highway with the spare tire. Enterprise completely failed us during an emergency. I will seriously reconsider renting from them again.
