- PBPreet Bawa6 days ago1.0I had a reserved pickup scheduled for 5:15 PM, but was not assisted until 6:00 PM. During this 45-minute delay, multiple staff members were gathered in the back having personal conversations instead of assisting the growing queue of customers. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and total disregard for clients' schedules was completely unacceptable.

I inquired about a vehicle and was told we can get it, however, upon arrival there were issues and misinformation than when we spoke on the phone. I had to end up getting a minivan even though I specifically inquired about a different vehicle. Had to wait over an hour for the car even though it was not busy at all. The only reason I still took a minivan was because it was time crunched and had no other option. The workers there are also very disorganized. Workers were not friendly at all, they would ignore customers who were getting frustrated with them for their own issues, there was no one at the desk, customers waiting, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Would not come back to this location or recommend to anyone.

I would never suggest anyone to go to this branch as when I have returned the rental car they charged me 390 dollars and after one month the charged me extra 166 dollars without informing me and when I called their customer service I didn’t get any satisfactory response from them.
- DADeryne AwafoJul 18, 20261.0Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Continuous unauthorized charges for over 6 months now from a dealership rental last August which was left unpaid by this branch. They do not answer emails and have no care nor sense of urgency. Horrible customer service.
