  The staff at this location are hard working, personable, and professional. I have been here a number of times over the last few years and have never been disappointed at the quality of service. Even during busy periods, the people at front desk make an effort to acknowledge you. Highly recommend.

  We rented a car for the weekend and were incorrectly charged a fuel surcharge, despite returning the vehicle at the exact same fuel level as when it was picked up. We have photo evidence of the gas gauge at both pickup and drop-off, confirming this. At the time of return, staff explicitly stated that everything was noted and that we did not need to worry about any additional charges. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency in both communication and invoicing. Customers can get billed without proper invoices. I strongly advise others to carefully document everything, take pictures and review their invoices closely, as this location does not appear to be upfront or reliable when it comes to billing practices.

  I had a very positive experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The booking process was simple and efficient, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made my trip smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the clear communication and quick service during pickup and drop-off. Overall, it was a reliable and convenient experience, and I would definitely choose Enterprise again in the future.

  I am very disappointed with the service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Durango. My husband and I rent cars from Enterprise frequently, so this was not our first experience—but this one was extremely frustrating. We rented a car on Saturday, April 4, and returned it on Monday at 6:15 PM. We understood there is typically a 30-minute grace period, so we believed returning it at that time would be acceptable. However, no one informed us that we were not allowed to park in front of the office after hours, nor were we told that this location does not have an after-hours drop box. Assuming a standard process, we parked the car in front of the office. The next day, we found out that the car had been towed from the plaza. This came as a complete shock. At no point during pickup or return instructions did anyone mention that this could happen or explain proper after-hours return procedures. When we reached out for help, there was no support or accountability from the staff. As a result, I ended up being charged $700 on my credit card, which is completely unacceptable. This situation could have easily been avoided if proper instructions had been clearly communicated. I expected much better service and transparency, especially as a frequent customer.
