  I called Enterprise this morning around 8:00 a.m. and was told they had a 10:00 a.m. appointment available, which I accepted. I arrived at exactly 10:00 a.m. There were a few people inside, but I was seen at the front desk fairly quickly. The young lady at the desk was quick to process the $100 deposit and advised me that it would take a couple of minutes to get the vehicle ready. I said, “Okay, no problem,” found a seat, and waited. About 45 minutes went by, and there was still no vehicle. I went back to inquire about the delay, and I was told they were cleaning the SUV for us. Again, I said, “Okay, no problem,” and continued waiting. Another 20 minutes passed before the vehicle was finally ready. After waiting approximately an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned, I honestly couldn't believe the condition it was in. The SUV looked like it had only received a very quick, half-hearted wash, with bugs still all over the exterior. The back windshield was covered in bird droppings, and the inside was absolutely disgusting. There was garbage throughout the vehicle, tissues left in the back, and the overall interior looked like it had barely been cleaned at all. I don't understand how I could wait nearly an hour for a vehicle that was supposedly being cleaned, only to receive it in that condition. If I am paying to rent a vehicle and making an appointment in advance, I expect the vehicle to be clean, presentable, and ready when promised. Very disappointing experience. The amount of time I waited would have been understandable if the vehicle had actually been properly cleaned, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

  I was dropping off a car I had rented from Sudbury, and the drop-off process at Enterprise Brampton was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I had quite a distance to travel after dropping off the car, and since they were close to closing time, they were kind enough to give me a discount toward my Uber ride. I really appreciated that extra bit of help and kindness. It made a stressful situation much easier. Great customer service — thank you!

  Absolutely terrible and misleading experience with Enterprise. They accepted my booking knowing that I am 23 years old. Then, just one day before pickup, they called me and told me I only needed to pay an additional $20 under-25 driver fee. Fine, I agreed. But when I actually arrived to pick up the vehicle, they suddenly refused to give me the car and claimed the requirement was 25+ years old. Seriously? Then why accept my booking in the first place? Why call me the day before and specifically tell me about the under-25 fee if you were never going to rent me the vehicle? They wasted my time, completely ruined my plans, and left me stranded at the last minute. Their booking system and staff clearly don't communicate with each other. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional rental experiences I have ever had. Enterprise should stop accepting bookings they have no intention of honouring. Completely unreliable service. I would strongly advise others to stay away or get everything in writing before trusting them with your travel plans.

  Worst experience. I can't give a negative rating so i am giving one star but their service dont even deserve that. I was looking for a 7 seater durango for a trip. I searched a car at expedia and before booking i made a call to them and told them everything that i am under 25 and the attendant told me that i can get by paying additional charges which i agreed and booked before one day i got a call from them that we do not promise durango it could be any 7 seater and under for age will be extra charges. I said okay then when i reached to get the car their manager refused to give me the car i was talking politely that i got calls from your office and its going to spoil my trip now she said we cant break rules for you. If the thing is like that they should tell before. Instead of that they were offering me 5 seaters. Then i called my friend for pickup on his name and they gave a mazda cx90 and charged for durango.
