  I was forced to go to them by Intact Insurance even though I read reviews online and I did not want to but I had no other option. I have Mercedes. This shop was a problem from very beginning, missing paperwork and giving appointment when documents not ready. That was a one time hassle so we let it go however after car being done I still have errors on the sensors which they have called back two times already and I warn everyone they do not understand the sophisticated cars so if you have newerr Mercedes or bmw with bells and whistles features DO NOT GO TO THEM and choose approved centers even if you have to pay something out of pocket. You will regret going to them like I am. Despite three times repair and visit with no backup coverage and time wasted I am still up with all the warnings on the dashboard for sensors.

  This is the second time I've unfortunately had to get my vehicle fixed via insurance. Although getting into an accident is stressful, Assured Brampton North took very good care of my vehicle and repairs for me both times. Prasath the GM and the staff were so pleasant to deal with. They set all the expectations from the onset and kept me updated throughout the process. The whole process was very easy and seamless; from getting the initial estimate done to ordering parts to getting booked in and getting the rental and of course the repairs completion. My vehicle came back looking great. Thank you Prasath & the team at Assured Brampton North!
