  I totally enjoyed my car rental experience with enterprise. I rented a luxury vehicle and on the day of pickup it was not available. I was offered and alternative that I was totally pleased with and the agent went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. This company is 10/10, I came in as a stranger and left feeling like family. Thank you guys for being so awesome. Can't wait to use your services again! Thanks to the agent that dealt with me in the morning of August 22, 2026 at the Bowmanville location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I had an excellent experience with Sowmya at Enterprise. She was extremely professional, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made the whole rental experience easy and stress-free. Sowmya is a great representative of Enterprise—friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Employees like Sowmya make customers want to come back. I highly recommend Sowmya and truly appreciate all her help. Excellent service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Worst experience ever. My vehicle broke down the day before our vacation. I went to enterpise because of the positive reviews. Terrible communication and did not provide any paperwork detailing my rental, no emails, nothing. I only recivex a text message the day before it was due back. Gave me a vehicle on empty meaning I had to return it on empty. They got a free quarter tank. Yes I could have done the math, but I shouldn't be expected to. Did not identify vehicle could not be returned after hours. Now I will miss a day of work to return it. I extended my rental time by two days at a cost of $447 specifically so I wouldnt miss work. One rental shouldn't equal 4 trips to the rental office. Because I didnt have enough space on my credit card so I used debit which I will never do again, but it would have taken to long to move the $ over. Chaged full amount plus deposit (which I understand), had to go home to get my mail because I had to provide two pieces of proof of address. My driver's licence has that and my photo. Will not be using this service again. Would have had a better experience just renting a U-haul.

  Kristina is an amazing Manager and every Enterprise would be lucky to have her, I spoke with the other manager and was a bit disappointed with how she spoke but Kristina made up for it 10x, I wish every Enterprise had a Kristina!
