  Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise Bolton. I reserved a van in advance, only to get a call saying it wasn’t available. I’ve rented from this location many times and expected much better, especially from a branch with such a large fleet. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t guaranteed? There was no real effort to find a solution or accommodate a loyal customer. If you need a rental you can actually count on, I’d recommend looking at other companies like Hertz instead. Based on my experience, I won’t be renting from this location again.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bolton. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop for a few days, and the vehicle I was given was not in acceptable condition. As soon as I got in, there was a strong unpleasant smell that made the drive uncomfortable. It didn’t go away for the whole 4 days I had it. On top of that, the car really hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was an empty wallet, gum and candy in the center console, and the interior was a little dirty. The overall impression was that the vehicle had been rushed into service without being prepared for the next customer. It honestly felt more like someone had handed over their personal car than a professionally maintained rental. For a company in the rental business, ensuring vehicles are clean, odor-free, and free of previous customers’ belongings should be a top priority.

  The staff is pleasant, friendly and very helpful! Easy pick up and drop off. I highly recommend Enterprise Bolton! I will definitely use them in the future
