I can’t express my gratitude for these guys. My poor 2017 Hyundai Elantra bit the dust at 160k as a result of poor maintenance given by Belleville Hyundai. They ignored a known issue essentially costing me thousands. I knew for quite some time something wasn’t right , and knew they were screwing me around. When I brought it to Benson they actually took the issue seriously. These guys were able to do a full engine replacement at a decent price basically in the drop of a dime. I had 3 other garages say sorry we are full, or booked me for almost a month out. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did it so I could get to work. Completed in a few days , had to wait for some parts. Its even warrantied! Thank you so much 🙏

I am sorry to say that every year I come in I feel like There is no social skills whatsoever in the staff. Always a bother it seems finding my tires and I store them there every year. Don't know my car, my name . The girl at the counter is really not a happy camper.

Edited..update below. Excellent place to buy tires. Fair pricing and awesome tire care. However, the last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. At the end of the device I was given a list of things that needed to be fixed. First thing was they said I needed new wipers. I just had them replaced, they were only a few months old. Second, third and fourth. Wheel bearing, front left tire rod end and rear left tire rod end. The total estimate was over $900. They wanted almost $400 for the wheel bearing alone. I bought a new wheel bearing for just over $20. The front left tire rod end was fine, no issue at all. The rear tire rod end I knew needed to be replaced. The moral of the story is this place is good for tires but I will never trust them again for any other service. Last year, I went in because of a vibration on my car. They checked my tires and rims and said my stock rims were bad and should be replaced. I went out and purchased new rims and had the tires mounted and balanced. The vibration issue continued. They failed miserably in diagnosing the problem. I have since replaced the tires, and rims. The problem continued. The actual issue was I needed to replace the rear shocks on my car. I will never go back to this store or encourage people like I used too. I now encourage you to stay away from this place as they may be friendly, but don't know their job.😡
