  Came in today for an oil change, Santino took care of me, I had my 3 year old with me, Santino let him pick out a hot wheels. He was very thorough, ran an engine flush and changed my oil, he talked me through every step and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. He showed me my service record from before I even owned the car and checked all my air filters. Incredible service! Thank you Santino!

  Oasis has changed to Great Canadian Oil Changers, same staff, same greater service, I highly recommend this company for your next oil change! Thank you very much!

  Very clear communication about what was happening. The person servicing our vehicle offered our boys hot wheels cars while waiting. I thought it was a cute gesture, after-all when children are waiting they can get bored. We’ll be back!

  Today will be my second time to Oasis since the new management came. My last visit was wonderful as it always has been over the years. I was impressed to see familiar faces of the same crew and to learn they are training a younger employee that used to work solely at the car wash window. There was NO upselling - as usual, even when I suggested not just a top up but a full oil change. I was told it wasn’t necessary at that time and the Manager explained why, which I was very grateful for.

  Daughter took car in for oil change and was told she had very little oil in her car (that's on her). She was told they would not change her oil because they didn't want liability if her engine failed due to lack of oil. Fair enough. BUT they let her drive away without offering to let her buy some oil and put it in herself so as not to drive any further without oil. Not great
