  have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change since my 2024 F150 first oil change, and this was probably my fourth visit. I recently went in for a routine oil change, expecting the usual service. Typically, they ask if I want the air filter or cabin filter checked, but this time, the technician removed the air filter without asking. While that was fine, the problem was that he did not properly reinstall the air filter or secure the cover. This caused a warning in my truck for a powertrain malfunction, which was very frustrating. It was an inconvenience that caused me to waste hours trying to figure out the issue. If you are new, please don’t take parts apart unless you know how to reassemble them correctly

  My vehicle was at the autoshop today, mechanic told me who ever put my tires on put them backwards. Well, I came to this shop to have them done, I understand the line was long and I patiently waited without complaint. However, there is an expectation to the job done right.. Not very pleased with this result. I'd suggest checking their work if you are swapping out winter/summer tires. I won't make that mistake again.

  Went last Saturday (July 18th) for my brand new 2026 Tuscon's first oil change. Fast forward to Thursday July 23rd and I discovered my oil had been leaking for days (checked camera footage). When I had realized this at 7pm, I checked my oil level and it was empty. Took my car to Mr Lube and Tire on Bryne since they were open till 8 and discovered the oil filter was not installed properly and my car had in fact leaked all the oil out. The pan was covered in oil upon assessment (you can see the oil spilling from the pan as the employees held it for me to take a photo), and Mr Lube refilled my oil and reinstalled the filter at no charge for the inconvenience, despite them not being the original service. providers.

  Wow, I am impressed!! A whole team came to my car and checked tires, all fluids & filters and did the synthetic oil change in minutes. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous team who even offered water or coffee while I waited. This is a whole new level of service to me and I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I will certainly be back. Thank You!
