About 2 months ago I was told from the guys at Mr. Lube on Essa that my rear differential fluid was low and they tried to scare me into getting it changed with them. I decided to hold off as my car was not even 3 years old. Then I started hearing a noise and was worried that it was because of what the guys at Mr. Lube told me, so I went to Great Canadian Oil Change on Mapleview and expressed my concern. The manager pulled me into the tire bay and took a look for me. Once he was done, he assured me that my fluid was not only at the proper level but that it was clean. He never charged me for having a look and was very kind. This type of honesty and service is why I will go back there for all my oil change services.
