  ⭐ 0 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Experience Enterprise completely screwed us over today. I specifically contacted Enterprise about renting a 20-foot cube/moving truck and was told that one was available. Based on that information, we made our moving plans around having that truck. Then, at the last minute, we were told that they did not actually have the 20-foot truck available. When you're in the middle of a move and have organized everything around a confirmed vehicle, having the rental company suddenly tell you they don't have what they promised is incredibly frustrating and puts you in a very difficult position. If Enterprise doesn't actually have the vehicle available, they should not tell customers that it is available and allow them to make plans around it. Very poor communication and customer service. We were left scrambling at the worst possible time. 0/5 — I would not recommend Enterprise for a moving truck rental.

  Was coming in to rent a 26ft box truck last year. Guy told me they only do commercial rentals, not consumer, and to go to the Airport to get one. Sucks becuase U-Haul's the only other game in the county for trucks. Forget the guy's name, but he told me they do long term contracts only up here. Gave 2 stars to be charitable because perhaps procedures have changed, but Googling doesn't turn anything up. In fact, the website claims consumer trucks are available here. EDIT: I got a response from the owner, and I'd be glad to address it. Was gonna reply here but the reply doesn't show up, but my door's open. I'd just like some clarification on whether the location does rent to consumers, not just commercial, and if you do, I'll consider you for my next job. I rent trucks about 5-6 times a year for dump runs, moves and renovations, for my household and for friends, so I always am looking at options and to try new companies. the extra 2 stars is a thank-you for offering a response, and my acknowledgment that you're willing to help.

  Very responsive staff. Changed unit according to our needs. Took care if issues immediately and followed up to make sure we were okay. 10/10 effort!

  Chad and Barrett at this location are both fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. The entire process of renting a Ford Transit van was made exceptionally easy. Will rent from here again. Highly recommended based on customer service and reasonable price.
