Extremely disappointing experience. Our confirmed reservation was overbooked, and we were left completely stranded with no prior notice and no alternative solution provided by the staff. When a business takes a booking and fails to honor it, leaving a customer hanging at the last minute is completely unacceptable. We had to scramble to find alternate arrangements at the last second. Will not attempt to book here again.

The one stress free parts of this move. Enterprise everyone knows moving is stressful. Everything about moving is stressful, and as you get older, it only gets harder. This last move was especially challenging, although we're very happy with our new home and community. So let me tell you what wasn't stressful: renting an outstanding commercial vehicle from Enterprise. The truck was a breeze to load, actually enjoyable to drive, and surprisingly good on gas. The vehicle itself was exceptional and very much appreciated. What was appreciated even more, however, was the personalized customer service provided by Tyler. He is an absolute gentleman who talks to you like a long-lost friend rather than just another customer among the hundreds of faces he may see each week. Tyler absolutely rocked it. I especially appreciated the way he treated my lovely wife and me. In fact, Tyler made renting a truck the one truly positive part of this move. Renting a truck and loving it? Who would've thought! Thank you, Tyler, and thank you, Enterprise!

Truck rentals with Enterprise has always been worthwhile when I need to move my travel trailer or tractor from one location to the next. The office in Barrie is a pleasure to work with - their professionalism and demeanour is second to none. I highly recommend them.

⭐ 0 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Experience Enterprise completely screwed us over today. I specifically contacted Enterprise about renting a 20-foot cube/moving truck and was told that one was available. Based on that information, we made our moving plans around having that truck. Then, at the last minute, we were told that they did not actually have the 20-foot truck available. When you're in the middle of a move and have organized everything around a confirmed vehicle, having the rental company suddenly tell you they don't have what they promised is incredibly frustrating and puts you in a very difficult position. If Enterprise doesn't actually have the vehicle available, they should not tell customers that it is available and allow them to make plans around it. Very poor communication and customer service. We were left scrambling at the worst possible time. 0/5 — I would not recommend Enterprise for a moving truck rental.
