  Had an amazing experience with the Enterprise in Barrie. They were very kind and accommodating with our car needs. The car given to us was amazing and the process to get and give back the car was very convenient.

  The team at Enterprise Mapleview excels in providing a top customer experience. I was very pleased with the lengths they went to to provide service above and beyond any service I have previously experienced at a car rental agency. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua, Jack and a number of other team members. Every interaction I had there, in person or over the phone was pleasant, attentive, professional and helpful. I obtained a rental vehicle while my personal vehicle was being repaired. With my pending reservation the team at Enterprise Mapleview contacted and followed up with me by phone on the date I would require the vehicle pick up. Once confirmed Jack very graciously picked me up from the auto body shop so I could obtain my rental vehicle. The vehicle was ready for me upon arrival. Jack was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, easy and hassle free. I left with my rental within minutes. The car was clean, well maintained and performed as expected. Upon returning the vehicle the drop off process was just as pleasant, quick, easy and professional as the pick up. After dropping of my rental I quickly realized I left a personal item behind in the vehicle. The following day, several members of the team worked diligently to ensure my item was retrieved and set aside for me to come and pick up. Overall Joshua and his team went above and beyond for me prior to my rental commencing, for the duration of my rental period and even after the rental transaction was concluded. Thank you so much Enterprise Mapleview. Highly recommend, 10/10!
