- BFBrittany FAug 25, 20265.0Check in was easy. I had an issue with the first car I was given. So I brought it back the same day and they exchanged it for another one with no hassle at all. Josh was very friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and great. Easy check out and they even gave me a ride home. I will definitely rent a vehicle from here in the future.
- JKJennifer KokkoAug 24, 20261.0Someone hit my daughter's car. We have rental coverage through insurance. I called to make sure she could drive a rental, because she's 17 and she's the one who would need a rental. I was told that as long as she's under my insurance, she would be able to drive, but i would need to sign the paperwork. They arranged a drop off time for the rental, knowing my appointment was at 9. I waited 40 mins for them to drop off the vehicle and to then be told that my daughter cant drive the vehicle because she has to be 18. When I explained that I called to make sure she could drive, the response was "didn't your adjuster tell you?" I said that I had called them to make sure. "OH, but did you say her age?" They never asked!!!! What a waste of time. They knew my appointment time, I called to make sure that my daughter could even drive the rental, but somehow this is my fault 🤬 "Oh well do you still want the rental?" I might as well take it to get home since I already waited!!!!!

I’ve attached photos of two of the vehicles I rented recently, and both were in excellent condition clean, well-maintained, and ready to drive. The service has been outstanding every time. Highly recommended and, in my opinion, one of the best rental companies in town!
