  As a travel nurse I have rented with Enterprise for years and have not experienced such awful attitude from a manager. I love renting with Enterprise because the environment is always so positive and the vibes are immaculate- and i assume the company treats the employees well because always really seem to love their jobs. The manager was trying to enforce a supposed policy, but was extremely confrontational and rude. He told me the reason no one has tried to enforce this policy with me is because people are afraid to have difficult conversations with me. I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking with me, and he told me "no it's that you don't like the price." At this time i didn't even know what the price was supposed to be nor did he notify me what it was. I told him the price was not the issue, his attitude was. I told him his choice of words were coming across very personal. I bill the company i work for so the actual price is not much of a factor for me. I asked him to try and look at things from my perspective as someone who has been renting for a long period of time- how i may not be aware of the policy as no one has mentioned it. He then began to tell me how much money I would be costing the business if he renewed the rental contract at the rate i was renting at. This entire discussion felt personal, very unprofessional, and borderline like bullying- raising his voice in front of all his employees and treated me as if i was a hostile customer. I kept my composure the entire time as he continued to be extremely rude and ignorant. I hope he sees this and reconsiders his interactions with people. This conversation could have gone so well, but it was unnecessarily escalated. You never know the kind of day someone is having- just be kind it costs nothing.. or choose a different profession.

  Friendly staff, pick up and drop off was a bonus for me!! Been here a few times and will still be coming back for there services

  Amazing customer service and my car was great too! I had an excellent experience with this enterprise. They picked me up and dropped me off at my car. Everything was smooth and quick. They were so very polite and efficient. Thank you:)

  This branch is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I got attacked by two bears. Amber single handily knocked them out while doing a hand stand. Then my wife had a heart attack. Tori administered life saving cpr while Jack tended to my wounds. Amrinder and JJ both picked up a bear each and walked them to the nearest forest to rehabilitate them in their natural environment.
