  Great customer service. Picked up car when they were having a rush of customers, but they got me through and out the door quickly. Dropped the car off and Amber was so lovely and genuinely kind. Again, everything went quick and efficient and I was out the door. Will definitely rent from them again.

  Enterprise is pretty much the only company I choose to rent vehicles from, and there’s a reason I’ve stayed loyal to them for years. I rent fairly often, and I personally enjoy driving newer, higher-end vehicles. Right now I’m driving a 2026 BMW from Enterprise, and once again the experience has been excellent. I’m a Platinum member with Enterprise Plus, their highest loyalty tier, and one thing I genuinely appreciate is that they actually recognize and reward loyalty. Because of the points and benefits I’ve accumulated, I practically didn’t have to pay for this entire week’s rental. That’s a loyalty program that actually feels worthwhile. Beyond the rewards, what has kept me coming back is the way I’ve been treated. In all the years I’ve rented from Enterprise, I’ve never felt like there was anything shady going on or that I needed to worry about unexpected games with the rental. My experiences have always been straightforward, honest and professional. If an issue does come up, I’ve found their staff genuinely try to find a solution and help where they can. They also do a great job keeping their vehicles clean, well maintained and current, which matters to me. Most importantly, I don’t feel like just another reservation number when I deal with Enterprise. They treat you like a customer and a person. After years of renting vehicles, that consistency is why I continue choosing Enterprise. Good service earns my business, but recognizing loyalty is what keeps it.

  Went to rent a Nissan maxima they didn't have 1 so they gave me a Mercedes cla250 instead for the same price

  I have been getting car rentals from this enterprise location any time my car goes in for repairs. Twice in 2024, twice in 2025 and just now in 2026. They are quick and have even offered me free upgrades. They are quick, friendly, and I will continue to go there when needed or just simply wanting a rental car for a trip.
