  I recently brought my 2026 Nissan Kicks to Assured Auto after it was involved in an accident. From the beginning, Siona was incredibly helpful and professional. She handled all the preparations for my repair, scheduled everything smoothly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would give Assured Auto a 10/10 for their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Siona took the time to clearly explain what repairs would be done and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Thank you so much, Siona, for the excellent customer service and for making the repair process stress-free. I highly recommend Assured Auto to anyone needing collision repairs.

  Jeremy was helping me with a rear end collision to my new truck, the work was done in a timely manner, and more importantly I had a few things losen up that needed fixing a few weeks after the initial repairs, Jeremy was very helpful and solved all the problems. They stood by thier work, im happy for all the effort everyone put in. And the receptionists were great as well. Ide recommended Assured for any type of collision repair. Put some before and after pictures for reference, everything is all nice and aligned now. Thanks.

  Immediately my insurance company linked me up with Assured Automotive, they reached out instantly and set the ball rolling. The Customer Rep Siona was very professional with her communication and updates. In less than 30 days repair was done and my car was ready for pick up. Highly recommended 5 ⭐️

  Seriously forgot to put a certain seal or something back into the truck of my car. My trunk would constantly fill with rain water collect where my spare tire is and really rusted out my car! They took it in two times for repair and the repairs took forever! Pretty busy place and even getting my appointment took forever. Took ages for them to put the seal in my truck that they forgot to put in after they repaired the back end of my Chevy! Terrible! Wish I researched more before this Belaire insurance approved body repair shop! What a massive freaking mess! This place made the value of my car depreciate and I found way cheaper quotes through multiple other body shops! The receptionist was kind of understanding but the rest were rude and not understanding! They took it in two time to repair their mess up and it was after completing the body work on the back end of my car. Two more time after the initial work they had done. Literally did nothing to help the first time and did nothing at all! What a joke!!!! Hate how rusted my trunk is because of this place! Took forever to get an appointment for them to fix the issue! Both times that they went to repair their error. I am so sad about this freaking rust. My first car that is super reliable, I paid of and absolutely love. Hate this place! Go somewhere or anywhere else if you can.
