  Stopped for fuel and shower at night. Store was well organized. Shower was clean. Customer service was very good. Friendly staff. Fresh coffee

  If you need diesel KEEP DRIVING. What they charge should be CRIMINAL!!!! They were $0.15 more a liter than anywhere else. It wasn't just a one off either. I have stopped here before and kept driving because they were $0.13 more.... Bottom line drive one more exit to get your fuel!!!! This really should be a law. That they can not overcharge like this.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We used to fuel at this location regularly and never had an issue with customer service, so we were looking forward to stopping back in now that we are in the area again. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. A few days ago, my husband requested a shower for both of us using our points. We were told we had to shower separately, but when I went to get mine, the cashier refused, claiming I needed to pay extra. When I explained that my husband had already arranged it, the lady behind the counter literally said, "I doubt he’s her husband." After a lot of back-and-forth about them "not trusting" that we were actually married, we gave up. Two hours later, still waiting on a load and feeling gross, I went back in to just pay the $15 cash. Out of the blue, the employee offered a bizarre apology, saying she was sorry if she made me feel like a "lot lizard" but she just "never knows who is truly a couple." It was incredibly embarrassing and insulting to have something sinister implied just for trying to use a standard amenity. Against our better judgement, we returned today and tried to use our points card for a shower. We were told point-blank that this location doesn't allow people to use their services like that, and that if we both wanted to shower, we had to pay cash instead of using our earned free showers. Every other Flying J allows this without issue. The inconsistent rules and downright disrespectful treatment from the staff mean we will be taking our fuel and business elsewhere.

  Good spot to fill your car close to Ayr, since there are no 24h gas stations in that city.

  Whenever I come to this store looks like they have just cleaned it. This store always clean and tidy, doesn’t matter what time of the day. I see a lady here, always working and trying to keep the place wonderful, she is probably Manager here. She always has a nice smile on her face, greets everyone who comes in. I didn’t catch her name otherwise would have mentioned too, very soft spoken and humble. Keep it up and good luck.
