Tariq, Sam, and Valeria were attentive to my needs. They came back to me when the car I wanted was available and was fast in exchanging. Checkin and check out process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this location!

My car rental was arranged by my insurance company. I felt like I was being treated to a second rate car as it was being billed through insurance. The first car I was given was covered with scratches and there was a dent in the roof. When I got in the car I fell down into the drivers seat. The seat could not be adjusted up. When I explained to the person in the office that an elderly lady with a walker would be my passenger and she would not be able to get out of such a low car - I was informed that there were only two other vehicles available in my price range? The second car I was given was a 2024 GM product with approx. 74,000kms and lots of scratches on the outside. Whenever I have rented cars in the past they have been fairly new, had low mileage and were in great condition. Disappointed by this rental and will be indicating this to my insurance company.

Enterprise Aurora location is the only rental company I will deal with from now on, despite there is an Enterprise location so close to my home. Their customer service was FANTASTIC. Valeria is THE BEST . Tariq and Sam are awesome as well. Thanks guys for helping me within last two months since my both cars had written off because of not at fault accidents and I had to frequently bother you for rental cars.
