  I am so happy with the service I received here and very thankful for my experience with Kevin and Chris. They went above and beyond to help me (especially when I had issues obtaining my rental) and keep me updated on the progress of my car. I truly can not thank them enough for making a stressful process a little less overwhelming.

  I’m really happy I chose Assured Intact Body Shop. From the start, they were very kind, respectful, and professional. They made me feel comfortable right away and treated me with real care. It did not feel like I was just another customer. They truly care about people, and you can feel that from the first conversation. I want to say a big thank you to Henry. He is one of the kindest and most honest people I have ever met. He is very patient and always takes his time to explain everything in a simple and clear way. He never rushes and always makes sure you understand everything. The way he talks and treats people shows real respect and kindness. Because of him, I felt calm, comfortable, and confident the whole time. I trusted him fully, and that means a lot to me. I appreciate him more than I can explain. Chris and the receptionist were also amazing. They were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything. Every time I spoke with them, they made me feel welcome and respected. They helped make the whole process easy and stress free. While my car was with them, I felt very relaxed. I knew my car was in good hands, and I did not have to worry at all. That peace of mind is very important, and they gave me that feeling from day one. They always kept me updated. At every stage, they called me and explained what was happening. I never had to chase them or wonder about anything. Their communication is clear and professional, and I really appreciated that. Even after the work was done, they still cared. When something small came up later, they helped me right away and made sure everything was fixed properly. They did not ignore me after the job was finished. This shows they truly stand behind their work and care about their customers. The work they did on my car was excellent, but what I appreciate the most is how kind, honest, and respectful they are. Especially Henry, who truly went above and beyond for me. I will always remember how well he treated me. I truly appreciate everything they did for me, and I am very thankful for their help and support. I strongly recommend Assured Intact Body Shop to everyone. You can trust them with confidence.   I am so very thankful for all the service I received here. The staff were all so friendly and professional! They were very efficient and clear each time I spoke with them. The work they did was perfect. I was so relieved that I chose to have my repairs done here! The process was enjoyable because they were true professionals every step of the way. I thought this whole process would be challenging, but they actually made it so smooth and completely stress free. This place is wonderful! I would go to them in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone. Truly great work and professional efficiency!

  Brought my vehicle here to have body damage repaired after an accident, and glad I did. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Henry Cui. He was very professional, and experienced went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensured my vehicle was repaired in a timely, and prestige manner. My vehicle came out looking like it was never in an accident. Thanks Henry! I'll be back if I ever need body repair again!
