    If you guys are renting from this place make sure you don't use this death trap it the car starts shaking if it touches a Little Rock on the road it has no steering very dangerous piece of garbage.

    Friendly staff however the wait for service was extremely long, long lineup as there seem to have been a shortage of staff with only two persons processing the rentals. On a Saturday morning, summer time, with many reservations, Enterprise needs to provide a better customer service. Thank you

    Quick and easy service. I was out in 5 minutes and the return only took 1-2 mins. Guy at the front was pretty chill too. I returned with a little less gas and he didn’t charge me. W experience

    I always have such a wonderful experience at Enterprise Ajax. The staff are consistently so warm, friendly, and welcoming, even when they’re super busy. They’re always incredibly helpful and never think twice about helping with your bags or answering any questions you have about the vehicle. It’s the little things and the level of customer service that keeps me coming back. You guys are truly the best. Thank you to the entire team for always taking such great care of me! 🤍

    On Wednesday, August 12, 2026 we picked up a 2026 Ford Explorer (6 seater) that Cooper suggested and it was amazing. His recommendation was great and his professional manner and friendly demeanor was top notch. We appreciated everything and would definitely return to this location once he is on staff. GREAT JOB COOPER 👏
