  My favourite Enterprise location. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Saaba was amazing and she really assisted me with my rental during my first visit. I had a few issues, which she helped navigate and problem-solve. She absolutely did everything possible to ensure that I had a great experience and would continue to return! I highly recommend.

  This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at an Enterprise location. I was in an accident, and the auto shop repairing my vehicle works closely with this Enterprise, so I rented a vehicle through them. I don’t have a credit card, so I used my debit card to pay the required deposit. When I initially paid the deposit, I was not informed that I would not receive the refund back to my debit card when I returned the vehicle. It was only on the day I returned the car that I was told my deposit would be refunded by cheque instead. I was told the cheque would arrive within approximately two weeks. After waiting a full month, I called to ask where my deposit was. The representative told me that the cheque had not even been sent. The very next day, the cheque arrived in my mailbox. At that point, I assumed it had simply been a communication error and was relieved to finally have my deposit back. Unfortunately, I then discovered that the cheque had bounced. I called Enterprise again to explain the situation. I will say that the people I spoke with over the phone were helpful and understanding, but I was told that a direct deposit was not an option and that another cheque would have to be issued. This means I may now have to wait another month to receive my own deposit back, after already waiting a month for the first cheque. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating. I have received inconsistent information, had to repeatedly chase down my own deposit, and now I am being asked to wait even longer because of an issue that was not caused by me. The communication and organization at this location have been extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing their own money, receive conflicting information, and then be left waiting even longer because a refund cheque was not processed properly. I would strongly encourage management to look into how deposits and refunds are being handled at this location, because this experience has been completely unacceptable.

  Sush and the entire team always make my rental experience top tier. The customer service at this location is consistently good and they always go above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and hassle free.

  If they would answer the phone I would given them a 5 star, but 3 hours calling them with no luck from 8am to 11am weekday, then their phone cuts you off after 10 mins, call back, VERY very frustrating The car was clean and really good shape, staff helpful face to face, JUST answer the phone

  I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. Sushant was very quick, efficient, and professional throughout the entire rental process. He made everything easy and hassle-free, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Enterprise, especially for the great service from Sushant!
