  I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. They consistently make promises they don’t keep. Whenever you ask for something, they initially assure you that your request will be accommodated. However, when it’s actually time to fulfill those promises, they come up with excuses or try to manipulate the situation instead of honoring what they agreed to. I expected better customer service and honesty from a well-known company. If they cannot fulfill a request, they should be upfront about it instead of making false promises and leaving customers frustrated. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Called today (their hours open from 9am-2pm) as instructed by my insurance to confirm my reservation. Got rear ended yesterday, and have no vehicle to get there. What ended up happening? 2 hours of waiting repeatedly calling to ensure a reservation, only to be hung up on. Extremely frustrating, only option now is to spend money on an uber in the HOPES that there is a car for me there. Thanks for not being able to answer a phone for two hours, with no other way to contact the branch. Super helpful.

  There was only one guy at the front desk so the wait was a bit longer but he had a great attitude and did his best to accommodate everyone. Overall it was a good experience.

  Outstanding customer service from the Enterprise assistant manager operating out of the Lexus of Lakeridge dealership in Ajax. My car was in for service, and we had an initial issue regarding a physical ID for my replacement vehicle. Looking back, I was completely in the wrong and being unfair as a client due to my own frustration. The assistant manager handled my stress beautifully. He stayed incredibly calm, listened, and worked with me to completely turn a negative situation around. I walked out with a smile on my face and in a great mood. This is exactly what great leadership and exceptional customer care look like. Thank you!
