  Review I had a very frustrating experience with my vehicle and was extremely angry and disappointed with how things had been handled. However, I have to give credit where it’s due** Assured Ajax** ultimately stepped up, made things right, and properly repaired my car. Even though I was frustrated throughout the process, they listened, took responsibility, and did what was right to get the situation resolved. I especially want to thank Rhiannon for her help, patience, and efforts in getting everything sorted out. I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Assured Ajax, for making things right in the end.

  I had the front bumper of my car replaced in August 2025 as part of a collision insurance claim and recently, I noticed, after a year, that my headlight washers were not working. I called the office and they were so courteous and advised me to bring the car over. I took it this morning, and the mechanic checked it and fixed a missing connection while I waited and it started working like a charm. Wonderful team. Keep up the good work :-)

  Very professional and courteous service. Clarisse stick-handled everything from the time I set an appointment up to the time I took the car home. She kept me abreast of what was being done to the car (through text messages) from formal job estimate and status of parts to be replaced and repaired. Informed me when the job was finished/ready for pick-up, which was right about the time they estimated the job would take (four days). They also took care of the rental when I came in and when I left with the fixed car. The work was well done. Documentation broke down the cost of the project down to the individual activities as well as the different components of each activity. No biggie for me since the insurance adjuster made it clear that the accident was caused by the other party and that I was not to shoulder any of the repair costs. Though nobody wants to get into an accident, I'm glad my insurance company referred them to me as they they made the repair process less of a hassle as possible.

  I took my vehicle to Assured after a minor accident because they were a preferred repair shop suggested by my insurance provider. I wanted to make sure that my hitch and more importantly my frame was not damaged since I was rear ended by another vehicle while the hitch ball was installed. Assured told me that there was no damage to the frame and that they would swap out the hitch since it was slightly bent. My wife picked up the vehicle assuming that the repair was completed. When I took a look at the hitch ball I realized that they hadn’t swapped anything which made me wonder whether they even did a thorough check of the frame. When I brought this up to Assured they said they had done both the check on the frame and that they had switched the hitch ball as requested. I went in and showed them that the hitch ball was the exact same one that was in the accident and they said they would swap it again and it must have been a faulty part that was replaced. Upon attempting to replace the ball for a second time they were unable to remove the ball from the rest of the hitch which made me believe that they hadn’t done it in the first place. It was eventually removed and replaced after they sent out a mechanic that could complete the replacement. My insurance was charged over $1000 for the work that they claimed to have done. On top of all of this they took the liberty of washing my car without asking me and I have swirls all over my paint. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop. They have very poor communication and I will never know the full story behind whether my part was originally replaced or not. $1000 claim on my insurance and paint swirls that I now have to deal with on top of everything. Avoid this place.
