  I was helped by a man named Adam and he was not only changing my oil but he explained thoroughly what could possibly help my car drive better, a good mechanic to go through for my issues, and was amazing with his customer service. Usually it’s just a change and go and not much communication but I really appreciated feeling like I wasn’t a burden or an inconvenience to their day and that I could come back and not feel scammed. As a woman, they made me feel comfortable in my decisions and respected my no’s.

  So didn’t actually get a service but popped in before closing because an underneath piece of my car was falling off (got it serviced earlier that day at Firestone). The gentleman was super nice, fixed it for me, and I felt so relieved! Felt like someone from my community stepping in to fix a problem and was super kind about it. Will come by and actually get an oil change next time I need one.

  This is our review for a transmission fluid change that went completely wrong so it's a review and it's a cautionary note we took our Infinity to this location in Oceanside in a few days after lights came on the dashboard about oil change the engine light came on and the transmission started acting weird we took it to the Nissan / Infiniti dealer and they recommend a new transmission about $9,000 Plus for this particular car I put a claim to Valvoline customer service they say that is normal when changing the transmission fluid due to the viscosity variation it is not recommended to get that done that is what the person on the phone told me and that he was very sorry about the inconvenience so I would suggest sincerely to take your car to the dealer to get any fluids specially transmission this has been a learning experience so I am just sharing information hoping that nobody else gets this issue regardless whether you have a new car and old car or as our car is a 2014 of course we're all adults in we make our own decisions and people will still decide to take vehicles to this company I am just disappointed So those coupons that I got And that other people get might not be such a great deal after all I wish everybody well

  Valvoline is always the best and has the best customer service. Jacob, the manager helped me out today, along with Jaime. They were very professional, and had me in and out much quicker than I expected. They took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure to add unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. My car is running smoothly, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. It’s nice to find a place you can trust—highly recommend!

  The year is 2026, the world is deep in chaos. My noble steed and beloved Kia, Jamie, has been diagnosed with chronic oil burning. She was on her last legs when I finally made it to the beautiful men and women of Valvoline Oceanside. I was in a panic but a man named Sean rushed my Jamie into the trauma bay to see how he and his teammates could assist her. She was in major need of an oil change and they knew she didn't have much time. He got straight to work calling out to his coworkers to start their work on her undercarriage. In the distance I hear ‘Tony, Tony!’. It was their esteemed leader and manager, doing a roll call of the various Tony’s that worked there. They must be difficult to keep track of, but he was doing his best to not lose a single one. Low and behold a baby-faced Tony popped up on the driver’s side of my Jamie, to keep me calm in the midst of all the confusion and explain the many services they offered to care for my beloved Kia. I believe he sought to distract me from my anxiety and give me a task to focus on. A good man indeed. Before I knew it, their manager was by Jamie’s side, closing her up and finishing the work that ultimately saved her life. Jamie lives to drive me around another day because of the good work of the men and women of Valvoline Oceanside, and I am forever grateful for their services. I owe you my life, for saving that of my beloved Kia who has ridden with me for a total of 9 years now. May she live for many more, with the help of my comrades at Valvoline Oceanside.
