My vehicle has only 26,000 miles and after getting 2 more opinions my brakes are perfectly fine Additionally they removed my cabin filter WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and now my defrost doesn't work due to a dislodged vacuum line which they caused, now I have to get this repaired. I'm sickened after paying $170. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND BREAK YOUR CAR

I went in there like a total psycho having a panic attack about my car.. and they, not only reassured me, they worked with me on solutions. I will be forever grateful. We forget sometimes when we are at work or running errands that the folks on the other side of the cash register are people too.. we all have problems and times of crisis..its all in how you choose to deal with it..just being kind and treating people with dignity can go a long way for someone..you never know what people are going through so what does it hurt to give someone a break ..ya know..and they guys at jiffy lube were so cool it made my day.. thank you again jiffy lube guys.. (the one that helped me specifically was named Julio..I didnt get the others names but they were all really nice) 🌝👍
