In particular, Josh Fife, Manager/Service Consultant, went above and beyond. Instead of brushing me off, he had my battery charged overnight, tested it thoroughly, and determined it was perfectly fine. That level of care and integrity is rare these days. I’ve been a AAA Plus customer for nearly 20 years, and while AAA service is usually an “A” I’d give West Automotive Group an “A+.” Their handling of my case speaks volumes about the kind of service they provide: respectful, thorough, and customer‑first, even when the issue wasn’t theirs to solve. They will absolutely be at the top of my list whenever I have an automotive need they actually DO service.
