  On November 26, my wife brought her vehicle to this Jiffy Lube location for a routine oil change. Less than three weeks later, on December 13, while having unrelated repairs done, a certified mechanic informed us that the oil had not been changed or was done extremely poorly. We have photographic evidence showing the oil filter was clearly worn, beat up, and appeared used, not consistent with a recent oil change. The mechanic confirmed that the condition of both the oil and filter strongly suggested the service was either not performed at all or performed negligently. When we contacted the store to address this serious concern, the manager, Jesus, responded in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner, raising his voice, dismissing our concerns, and refusing to acknowledge the evidence presented. At no point was there accountability, professionalism, or an attempt to resolve the issue. This situation reflects gross negligence, a failure of basic service standards, and a complete lack of respect for customers. Vehicle maintenance directly impacts safety, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable. This experience represents a total failure of service and leadership. Upper management should seriously reevaluate the leadership at this location, as the current management clearly does not uphold the standards expected of a reputable automotive service provider. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when choosing this location.

  Serious Service Failure & Unprofessional Management On 11/26, I paid $107 for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. Less than three weeks later (12/13), another mechanic told me my oil needed to be changed again and that the oil filter had not been replaced. When I explained I had just had an oil change, he questioned who did the service and stated it was either not done or done improperly. I obtained photos of the oil filter that was on my vehicle (2017 Nissan Altima S). The filter was dirty, clearly used, and I was told it was not the correct specification for my car, raising serious concerns about negligence. I contacted the location and spoke with a manager named Jesus. He was aggressive, dismissive, and repeatedly cut me off. He did not initially attempt to look up my service and told me I would need to bring back the “old oil and old filter” to “see what they would do,” which is unreasonable. I had to ask him to lower his tone, and the call ended due to his continued rudeness. This experience involved failure to perform paid services and unacceptable management conduct. I am formally requesting review and resolution from Jiffy Lube corporate leadership. I would not trust this location.

  Exceptional, friendly service. I came here because my rental needed windshield wipers and the rental car company referred me here for a replacement. The staff took care of me right away, no questions asked. They were prompt efficient and professional. Now that I know that they have windshield wipers and they'll replace them, I'll bring my own vehicle here.
