  Had a small issue having to drive 20 minutes to get the car at a different location. Kevin made it right when we dropped the car back off. All in all, a solid experience!

  The Oceanside Enterprise location fell completely short of the high quality standards that I had grown accustomed to in renting a vehicle from Enterprise in the past. From my first picking up the car and even asking how to start it and put it in drive with the worker telling me I think you pushed the round button. To seeing all the filth in the trunk, then being told, I had to demand of returning the car immediately when I had money removed from my account by someone and they could not charge my card at once. So I repeatedly got threatening phone calls from McKenna at the Oceanside location which I have on my voicemail recording. The car seized up several times. It was just a nightmare. I tried to return it, on a Saturday but the agency was closed early for the Super-bowl game and ended up being charged for 2 more days than I wanted to be. The only good thing was that person who checked me back in at Car country Carlsbad location, Sophia, and the driver with Car Country Carlsbad. He was an absolute gem too. Everyone that I dealt with in Oceanside team were complete losers and THEY need to take classes on customer service and customer care. I recommend going to other locations other than Oceanside Enterprise, worst Enterprise location ever! Threatening a senior citizen woman who had been the caregiver of a 104 year &11 month old WWII veteran for 14 years and she had just lost her father. That is so shameful to treat a senior citizen that way. Enterprise you can and should do better! Plus I had the money to pay my bill, McKenna just would not let me speak and listen to me for two minutes, she just demanded money right in the moment. I do not respond well to threats or intimidation from anyone at all ever!

  McKenna was the BEST!!! She helped us so much and made our car rental experience great! We would highly recommend this PCH location in Oceanside.

  Every thing went smoothly & efficiently. I had a few problems with the first car & was able to trade out for ann automobile that performed much better.

  I want to commend McKenna the rental agent in the Oceanside, CA office for her excellent and pleasant customer service when I returned my rental car. Also, I like the location of this office on Coast highway as it is easy to access.
