My last rental experience at the Enterprise on Jones Road was so bad that I seriously considered never renting from Enterprise again due to the poor service and lack of professionalism. The only reason I came back was because of the outstanding service at the Oceanside location on Coast Highway. The associate who has helped me the last several times, including my most recent visit, is excellent. She is professional, efficient, and actually cares about her customers. I have had zero issues every time I rent from this location. Because of her and the service at this branch, I will only be renting from the Oceanside Coast Highway location moving forward. This location sets the standard for how Enterprise customer service should be. In regards to the rental, it was clean and ready to go. We drove it round trip to Central Texas from Oceanside and had ZERO issues.

Everyone was kind and accommodating, especially Kevin. Getting a real person on the phone to talk to was a big plus! My compact SUV I rented was like new and in great condition. I will definitely be back when the need arises again.
