Two weeks after that, I keep receiving phone calls from different employees asking me when I dropped off the car. After I advised them of the exact dates and expressed my frustration how it is not entered in the system and completed by the employees, I receive another call from the district manager, asking me the same exact question. After she confirmed everything and apologized for it, they sent an invoice for a three week rental surpassing over $1000. Either way they still cannot get it right. Very deceiving method
