  Had a great experience today with the team of Valvoline. Overall I feel they are very knowledgeable, however a few of their staff could use a bit more training in terms of actual customer service. Nate was especially helpful and I appreciate his help.

  Good customer service. I didn’t need any of the other xtra offers they suggested. I politely declined every offer. I just needed my oil changed. Glad I had a coupon!

  I always come here for my oil change, everyone is always really friendly. They’re never pushy at all to upgrade service which I appreciate. I can truly say they go above and beyond for their customers !

  I had such a great experience getting my oil changed at the Valvoline in Oakley. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They really took the time to listen to why I was there and made sure they understood exactly what I wanted before getting started. The service was quick but thorough, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Everyone I interacted with had a positive attitude and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they care about both their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for efficient, honest, and genuinely friendly service!

  Man let me tell you, the techs/Managers at this Valvoline location have STELLAR customer service. I usually get my oil changed at this location and during my resent visit, my car died three times(I won't bore you with the details of why) but the techs there gave me a jump each time and even tried to help problem solve the issue. Some of the techs and the manager came to check on me while I was waiting for my tow truck to show up and asked if I was good or needed anything. They didn't have to do none of that cus all I did was get my oil changed, I didn't pay for any other services they offered me. But I would still recommend this location for their services, even if this event didn't happen. They are always hella coo and communicate a lot, and I like that! So if your in the area and need some of the services they offer done to your vehicle, go check em out😎👊🏽!
