Gave me a play-by-play of everything that was going to happen and went above and beyond. Very happy with my first time experience!

- RLRobert LeeNov 6, 20252.0Really friendly crew however, one guy spilt oil in the engine compartment! It was a very busy day so waiting in the long line already had me frustrated. Im used to the Concord crew which seems much more organized than the Antioch crew and has NEVER spilt oil in my engine compartment ever. Im not exactly sure why it took soooo long to get out but I would suggest making one of the lanes an EXPRESS LANE. As I'm in for an oil change but now awaiting the vehicle infront of me getting his tires rotated! Understanding the need to diversify services to better serve the public but now you're extending the wait time significantly. If this is going to be a regular new thing now I will seek services elsewhere as my time is valuable. I was held up by services that should really be done by Big O Tires or American Tires as far as tire rotation is concerned. Hopefully this service is discontinued so other customers aren't getting stuck in a very long line as well. Keeping it SIMPLE is a good way to maintain customer satisfaction and retain them as return customers. I really loved Valvolines service before the tire rotation implementation. I will go elsewhere unfortunately if this practice of tire rotation at your oil change facilities continues. Best of luck and God Bless.
