  Lawrence, Cameron and the team did great this morning. Even with an hour less of sleep, cause if the time change, they were prompt and ready to help me change my oil and let me know of the things they noticed with my car.

  Well I thought it was great until my oil light came on. 4 mos later. I checked the oil and there was absolutely nothing on the stick. It was bone dry. There is no way my car used it all up, I have no leaks, I park on a concrete driveway and never a drop on it. I went to OReillys and put in a quart and still nothing showed. I went back to auto store and had to buy a gallon. I am so mad. There is not an explanation except they could not have put oil in my car. How does this happen??? I am so angry. I hope I have not done damage to my car from a mistake of them forgetting to put oil in.

  I paid for oil change and tire rotation for my F350, I have had my tires rotated here numerous times. They completed my oil change and attempted to lift my truck to rotate the tires. They tryed twice and came back and said my truck was too heavy and that they would remove the cost for the tire rotation. One gentleman said he would go try himself as they pulled up my info and seen they had rotated my tires before. His manager came over and said they will not be doing the rotation. Either the techs they had working on my truck are either unqualified or too lazy to get the tire rotation done. I come to this location for the drive through convenience even though they are much higher priced than normal. I won’t be returning
