  National in Oakland overcharged me more than $450. When I called, Shaun at the office acknowledged the mistake and assured me the funds would be returned. However, they never refunded the money. The next day, I called again and was told that Shaun had lied and they would not be reimbursing me.

  One of the best rental companies that I have worked with, and I have tried most out there. The people are amazing and the cars are always top notch with no issues. Highly recommend using National when you rent.
