The help line connected to the fob reader has zero information about resident cars, license plates, etc. The staff will not let you return to the spot you paid $200/mo for. Poorly organized with no contingencies for when equipment breaks down.

It doesn’t say it’s closed online, doesn’t say anything about a $90 fee to leave if it is closed and now I’m sitting waiting on someone to show up and help. This place is horrible.
