It's difficult to open the car doors fully when cars are beside you. I was disconcerted to see several printed signs saying, "Known high car breaking area. ...Park at your own risk." I attended an event that ran until 9 pm. I was concerned how my car would be. It was undamaged when I returned. Clean well light. Central location to shops. Reasonable city government regulated rates. Low rating due threat of breaking risk.
