  This was the worst service experience I have ever had. The dealership showed no professionalism, no transparency, and no respect for customers. Pooja’s priority appeared to be collecting payment rather than providing honest or reliable service. Completely unacceptable.

  We had a fantastic experience purchasing a Mazda 3 AWD here. Brandon provided true white-glove service — patient, respectful, and completely transparent. No pressure, no games, and never once made us feel difficult or rushed. The price we agreed on was the price we signed. The finance department Roy offered add-ons but respected our decisions with no hard sell. The car was exactly as represented: low-miles, clean history, and a great value.   This Dealership is Fantastic! We bought an MDX 2 years ago with the Protective Plan. Every oil change, covered! Tire Rotation and alignment, covered! Even a cracked windshield was replaced! I highly recommend getting it added. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. And the Acura Link helps to Remind you to keep up to date maintenance. The facility is just off Hwy 880, clean and comfortable.

  They kept me on hold for 20 minutes, transferring me from one line to another. I called for auto parts and was passed from one person to another. I just wanted to order brake pads for my 2024 Acura MDX, and after 20 minutes on hold, they told me that the auto parts department wasn't available at that moment and that I should leave my number and they would call me back. Terrible service! All because when I spoke to the person, I told them I only wanted the brake pads, and they asked if I was going to have them installed there, and I said no. That's when the terrible wait started. ☹️ I'm not angry, just sad about the service.
