  I have only rented from National twice. Each time their service is far better than all the others. I will continue to rent from them.

  I was in N California and had my first experience with National. I picked up at one airport and dropped at another. Everyone was very helpful and I got to choose which car I wanted from several options. Will definitely use them again.

  Friendly, attentive staff at pick-up counter. Worked quickly and efficiently to resolve payment issues (my new corp. card wasn't in the system) and get me to my car. The car was just fine, clean and got me where I needed to go. On return, the gentleman that assisted me, was again friendly and quickly check in the car so I could get to the shuttle and off to the airport. All around a seamless process and good experience.

  Arrived here for appointment to pick up rental car stood in line for 20 minutes behind 2 men, watched several people get in line at Alamo soon as the line became crowded, the Male Older Hispanic Customer Service representative said you will have to get in line with Alamo Rental car he could have said that when we first stood in line. Number 1 my mother is visibly handicapped and we stood there 20 minutes. I asked him why are you just now saying this? His response was because I have to take my lunch and walked off. Luckily a couple that seen my mom and I standing there let us jump ahead. Moral of the story people in these places of business just don't have hospitality, common sense, and they are offering poor customer service without any recourse.
