- MBmr.osh boxMay 4, 20241.0Brandon was cool he helped me alot got me going .But now the installers you sent me to in Oakland or very unprofessional the way my car went in is not the way my car came out I have a power steering problem I called customer service I had no help that man that the place to install my device very rude I just don't know what to say they're not even helping me fix my car and I was saying it something but my power my steering is not right told me 199 to check not to happy
- DHDavid HollisDec 11, 20224.0Sharing my experience with this type of machine is made easy for any one to understand. It tells you ahead of time a recall is in need and posts the final day . What I like most is that everything is up front ! Cost , time / how long device is installed . Very easy & can't emphasize this enough . When recall is made - I was able to honor this recall on my lunch break ; it was quick fast in a hurry ; in and out , bout as long as it takes to order a whopper W/ cheese at a drive through. That being said , at least I'm able to be in and out and would highly recommend intoxalock to anyone that needs this type of gear installed .
