They’ll also call ahead of time if they know inventory for a specific vehicle is going to be low. It’s a small facility with high foot traffic so be patient and respectful. They are doing the most to provide an amazing customer experience.

I was told I couldn’t pick up because I wasn’t an Oakland resident even though I had a credit card. I was turned away and when I called customer service to make a complaint I was told to go back up there and everything would be fine. Decided not to because TYRONE left such a bad impression I went with a different rental company
