    You have to be very careful with with the Manager here she will charge your account with extra money even after you declined she is a black lady with Dreads if you encounter her check your account immediately after any encounter with her.

    Rental was 2/20-2/22/26 via Costco travel. Choices of vendors vary on a daily basis. Very good rate, optional collision about$25 a day. No staff at the counter. They directed you to the outdoor kiosk where two people tag teamed and went through the line pretty quickly. Instead of a Toyota Corolla or a similar they gave me a Chevy trailblazer. Nice car with a lot of room when the rear seats are down. I think from the back of the front seat to the lid is about 60 to 65 in. All in all a good experience. In general, the staff people over at the Oakland Airport rental are really good.

    Oakland Airport staff is really quick and efficient. Got the rental through Costco. The additional coverage for collision was 25 a day which is reasonable. Both check out and return are easy.

    Both Enterprise team members at the pickup and return points were incredibly helpful to me and very nice. The Nissan Rogue they rented me was a superb vehicle for a 3,000 mile trip across the US and the Sirius XM radio stations greatly helped as well. The Rogue is a smooth ride, and I averaged about 80 mph the whole trip making it from California to Virginia in five days. The only way I'd ever do that again is if I can have that vehicle back. Thank you Enterprise for a great trip and wonderful people to work with.
