No matter how busy they are she always has the superb customer service and that is refreshing to experience in the city of Oakland. I am a plus member and had a recent experience where I have had to rent for and extended period of time. Everytime I need to extend my rental or even switch out her service and attention to detail have made my day. Shondrea deserves a raise she is a one woman show. Just because someone can handle everything on their own doesn't me they should. Now that I have bought a brand new car I won't be renting much but I will certainly miss the professional friendly customer service that was extended to me during one of the hardest times of my life. Thanks again Shondrea for everything including finding the stack of mail with very personal information inside day's after I returned the vehicle. You are a rockstar!
