  Be careful trying to get your car battery charged here. I dropped my battery off and left it there for two days just to make sure it would get charged. The big black bald headed dude will say they charged it, but won’t. The older Mexican lady that’s kind of short is nice and was trying to do the right thing. If she sees this thank you to her I really appreciate it. The big black ball headed dude acted like charging a battery was gonna come out of this paycheck! She literally put the battery reader on the battery and it said it hasnt been charged. It was at 10% when I brought it and it was still at 10% when i went to pick it up. My recommendation is by your own battery charger on Amazon and charge it yourself. I dont see autozone staying in business much longer anyways because the same parts they sell you can get on amazon for half the price. Thank you again to the lady that helped me we need more people like you. ****Update: This is to the owner that replied to my review. I wasn’t taken care of I was so pissed, how do you feel like this is well taken care of? You the owner might need some training also.

  Very poor service; they leave you waiting on hold for half an hour and then don't answer.

  I used to use AutoZone for most of my car needs but I will not ever spend a penny in this location again. The management tried to refuse a return for an item that I had not taken out of the sealed packaging with a receipt. I had used my Google wallet to pay which used a virtual card that I could not physically show the staff. So I would think that because I used debit + pin and not credit, they should refund me with cash even though I was fine to have it back on my virtual card (it was cash app card on Google wallet), but they full out refused and basically did nothing at all to figure something out. So I called the number on the door for the district manager, who was great and understood what happened and approved a cash return for me. So I go back to the store, the manager starts to process the return and at the last second says I'm getting store credit, erm...no I'm not! I told her to just do what the district manager said and authorized by giving me back cash, which after hiding in the back on a phone call for a few minutes came and reluctantly gave me cash back. I then went back to the store for something else a week later and the management obviously recognized me and when I needed some help with the od2 scanner they let you use, the guy got his chance to say no to me and that he couldn't help me, when he could have and wouldn't even try to input the ob2 scanner to see if it got the data from my car. I didn't want to get into an argument and just walked out deciding to never give that location a single penny again.
