We didn’t have to wait in a line to get our car… we just walked out and showed the attendant our paperwork and he directed us to our car. Process took about 1 minute. Returning the car was just as quick. We then took the shuttle bus back to the airport. Everything was smooth and easy. We will definitely rent again from Alamo.
