    Had a broken window on my rear passenger side on my x1 bmw. It took them 4 times to get it right. First time I went there they said it needs to be replaced, but don't have one. Then they put one in, me going there again. It squeaked like crazy, they ordered another one. Then they came to my house and said all it needed was grease...no new window...it squeaked more than before. I go again to them, they have to reorder...4th visit to them, new window, works fine. Sloppy, lazy.
