  Safelite is an awesome company when it comes to taking care of your glass needs I had a great experience from both the technicians that took care of my car for me I would highly recommend that you give the Oakland Broadway team a chance to service your needs greatly appreciate customer service and the job they performed 100%

  I don’t take the time to write many reviews, but I wanted to uplift the work that Alvaro and Letty are doing at the Safelite on Broadway. I initially planned to have my installation done at home through a mobile service. However, my appointment was canceled because the replacement part had to be ordered. Getting a broken window replaced during the rainy season is stressful enough. The part arrived about a week later and Alvaro contacted me the next day to schedule a new appointment. I wasn’t even expecting it to be handled that same day since it was already Friday, and I assumed I’d have to wait until the following week. Instead, Alvaro made sure I could come in right away. When I arrived, I was greeted by Alvaro who assured me that my window would be replaced in no time. I was very happy with the service that Alvaro and Letty provided, especially considering how busy they were while helping multiple customers. Alvaro and Letty made the entire experience of getting my window replaced stress-free, and they are people you can trust in making sure the job is done right.

  Safelite AutoGlass gets 5 stars for the replacement of my rear window! I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone on their team and the level of customer service. From the time I made my online appointment to the completion of the replacement, their office stayed in communication with me every step of the way. There were no unexpected problems, schedule changes, or added fees. I knew beforehand what to expect, how long the repairs would take and the total cost. The only thing I didn't count on was how awesome Alvaro, the shop manger, was going to be! His attention to the smallest detail really made the difference between a good job and a superior one. Alvaro really goes above and beyond....highly recommend him and his team.
