- GRGabriel R.1 day ago5.0Had an excellent buying experience with Ahmad Qubadi. We were a walk-in customer and Ahmad greeted us on the lot. We gave him the stock number for the NX that we were interested in and he was quick to grab the keys and let us test drive it around the dealership. The NX was a used unit, so it was not without its flaws. It was delivered with a parking sensor that was pushed in and a dome light that would not turn off. We were assured that they would take care of it prior to delivery. The parking sensor was fixed while we were working with finance and a service appointment was set for when the parts would arrive with the domelight. We returned a week later and it was fixed. This was a positive experience and would happily refer any one we know looking for a Lexus to Ahmad. Thank you for taking care of us!
